§ 8-448. Penalty.

(a)

First offense. Upon conviction for a first offense under this article, a person shall forfeit not less than $100.00 nor more than $1,000.00 and may have his license issued hereunder suspended or revoked.

(b)

Second offense. Upon conviction for a second offense under this article, a person shall forfeit not less than $200.00 nor more than $1,000.00 and may have his license issued hereunder suspended or revoked.

(c)

Third and subsequent offenses. Upon conviction for a third or subsequent offense under this article, a person shall forfeit not less than $500.00 nor more than $2,000.00 and may have his license issued hereunder suspended or revoked.
