Any person who violates any of the provisions of this division shall be subject to a forfeiture of not less than $1,000.00,
and not more than $10,000.00, per violation. A separate offense and violation shall be deemed committed on each day on which
a violation occurs or continues. In addition, violation of this division constitutes sufficient grounds for suspending, revoking
or non-renewing an alcohol beverage license under Wis. Stats. § 125.12.
