§ 6-807. Statement of village policy.

It is hereby declared to be the policy of the village to ensure equal opportunity to all persons to live in adequate housing facilities regardless of color, religion, ancestry, national origin, sex, status of persons maintaining a household, age, and, to that end, to prohibit discrimination in housing by any persons.
