§ 6-783. Permitted.

The applicant shall be allowed to construct, maintain and extend a canopy from the applicant's building located on Main Street, towards the street, on to village property. The existing canopies of The Store, Just Rite On Main, and Hardware Hank will be granted exemption from section 6-782. Exemption will be terminated upon construction of a new canopy.
