§ 28-1074. Review by court of record.

Any person aggrieved by any decision of the village board of appeals, any taxpayers or any officer, department or village board of the village may appeal from a decision of the village board of appeals within 30 days after the filing of the decision in the office of the village board of appeals in the manner provided in Wis. Stats. § 62.23(7)(e)(10).
