§ 28-37. Establishment of districts.

For the purpose of this article, present and future, provision is hereby made for the division of the Village of Birchwood into the following basic zoning districts: For the purpose and administration of this article, the village is hereby organized into the following zoning districts:

R-1	Single-Family Residence District
R-2	Multiple-Family Residence District
RD	Rural Development District
PUD	Planned Unit Development
CBC	Central Business District
C-1	Community Business District
I-S	Specialized Industrial District
I-1	General Industrial District
C-S	Conservancy District
R-MH	Mobile Home District
