§ 24-238. Parking prohibited zones.
(a)
Winter parking. In order to facilitate the efficient and expeditious removal of snow from the village streets during winter months, it shall be unlawful for any vehicle to park on any village street or traveled public right-of-way from November 1 to April 1 from 2:30 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.
(b)
Parking prohibited during or after snow storm. No person shall park any motor vehicles or other apparatus that will obstruct the removal of snow from the street, upon any street or right-of-way within the village, during or after a snow storm, until the snow has been removed to the curb or curbline of such street.
(c)
Tagging and towing of vehicles or equipment. Any vehicles or other apparatus that is in violation of subsections (a) and (b) of this section may be tagged and/or towed by a village police officer.
