§ 24-233. Parking reserved for vehicles of disabled.

  • When official traffic signs indicating such restriction have been erected in accordance with article III of this chapter, no person shall park, stop or leave standing any vehicle upon any portion of a street, highway or public or private parking facility reserved for vehicles displaying special registration plates or identification cards or emblems issued by the state department of transportation or, for vehicles registered in another jurisdiction, by such other jurisdiction designating the vehicle as one used by a physically disabled person.
