§ 22-342. Compliance with state statutes.

In laying out a subdivision, the owner shall conform to the provisions of Wis. Stats. ch. 236, and all applicable code sections. In all cases where the requirements of this article are different from the requirements of Wis. Stats. ch. 236, the more restrictive provision shall apply.
